We are a public interest interactive website for homeowners. This section is for those who live in Homeowners Associations. The primary driving force behind The American Homeowners Resource Center (tAHRC) is a national and international grassroots network of homeowners working together to protect homes.
The law today is not respected in the courts. What is respected in the courts and everyplace else is the political weight of We the People. We are now at a fork in the road with regards to this nation where we are either going to stand and put our servants in their place or we are going "to lick the hand that feeds us". It is time for us to politicize this issue by amassing the people into a focused effort - only then can we and will we change the tide. A united people cannot be overcome - not even by force of arms. We are at that point where our public servants must be addressed.
To that end we would like to share with you the opportunity to allow you to make your stand today and for your voice to be heard for what is Right and for what is True.
Our Mission
To help preserve, strengthen, and enrich the American homeowner, tAHRC has developed the following interactive websites to address the educational, financial, and legal forces which shape peoples' homes and lives. These sites provide a wealth of information - and hopefully inspiration - to every homeowner.
The mission is simple but very important.
It is to help citizens in homeowner associations to take back their homes from the two generations of crooked lawyers, politicians, judges and vendors who have stolen them.
Over 50 million Americans now live in homeowner associations, with estimated reserves of over $50 billion.
In order to expose the scams and the people behind the scams, so that homeowners can reclaim their property rights and their life savings, tAHRC will pursue the following five goals:

| 2. | To provide information to homeowners on those rights |
| 3. | To help homeowners to protect and preserve those rights |
| 4. | To publicize violations of those rights |
| 5. | To remedy abuses of those rights by education, mediation, legislation, litigation, reparations and elections. A great wrong has been perpetrated on the American people. The mission of this website is to correct that wrong. |
